About our speakers:
Tim Toulmin is the managing director of specialist litigation and crisis management firm AlderMedia, and was formerly  the Director of the Press Complaints Commission.  Tim has a long track record in advising businesses and people from all different walks of life – from the internationally famous to those only briefly in the public eye.   He has given reputation protection advice to numerous organizations, ranging from law firms and barristers to the MoD, BBC, and NHS.

 

Quentin Langley is a leading academic in the PR and social media field, teaching on the MA at London Metropolitan University, having previously worked in international PR roles at organisations including Shell and Knight Frank.  He is the editor of blog site  BrandJack News and has a forthcoming book looking at how organisations have suffered from their brands being hi-jacked, and can prevent or even benefit from this phenomena.
