London Public Relations agency Kelso Consulting is looking for a great online marketing professional to join our team as a Digital Account Executive.

We are an award-winning B2B public relations consultancy based in Holborn, London, and we particularly specialise in working with business technology and professional firms (accountants, lawyers and management consultants) as well as financial services companies.

The candidate we seek will be a hardworking, organised and dynamic person with at least 1 years' digital marketing experience who is looking to develop and apply a broad range of online marketing skills

We are looking for someone who is already working in digital marketing (whether SEO, PPC, email marketing, website creation or,ideally, more than one area).

Overview of role

We operate an active inbound marketing programme based around regular blogs, webinars and downloadable content aimed at our target sectors. We primarily utilise the inbound marketing software HubSpot to enable this to happen smoothly and provide detailed information on results.

From January 2015 we are also offering this as a service to clients.

We are looking for someone with 1-2 years' digital marketing experience to join as Digital Account Executive, to ensure our digital marketing and social media operates effectively and to help grow this service with our clients.

 

Main responsibilities

1 - Kelso Consulting

•   SEO: Ensuring our SEO keyword strategy is successfully implemented, with a growing proportion of our target keywords on the first page of Google.
•   HubSpot: Quickly becoming a whizz with all aspects of the HubSpot inbound marketing software (including gaining its accreditation certificates), and ensuring we are using it as fully as possible.
•   Kelsopr.com: Taking responsibility for ensuring all our webpages look damn good.
•   Social media: Being the go-to person for all aspects of social media (and helping team members ensure our LinkedIn Page, Twitter, Google+ and Facebook are effective)
•   Digital images: Having basic skills at creating and manipulating digital images
•   Reporting: Creating a monthly report to track the effectiveness of our digital and social media marketing activities for our monthly management meeting, and recommending changes/improvements

 

2 - Kelso Consulting clients

•   Initially: Work with our account team to ensure support we provide clients on social media, SEO and online areas is delivered to a high standard

•   Over coming months: Deliver increased range of services, including inbound marketing support via HubSpot

 

Career progression

We already provide social media and SEO services to certain clients, as well as the creation of high impact thought leadership reports.

We are looking to substantially expand this in 2015 and beyond. We are looking for someone who is able to grow with the role - initially taking responsibility for delivery, followed over the coming months through strong involvement in proposals and subsequently with overseeing a growing team.

•   Someone who is completely comfortable with the online world and the range of tools for helping businesses take advantage of it

•   Someone who can organise themselves as well as others to achieve a successful outcome to projects in which they are involved
•   We're a PR agency so you will be mixing with clients, prospects and journalists: good social skills are important.
