One of the important things we touched on in the webinar is personas - sometimes called archetypes or avatars - which is a fictional character created to personify the typical (not universal) characters of someone in a target segment. They are hugely useful for blogging as it is much easier to write and come up with ideas if you have your intended reader in mind. it also better enables you to write engagingly and empathetically with your reader.
