Members of the Kelso team have been working with management consultancies on thought leadership since before the term was used (20+ years!), so we've seen and solved a fair few problems in our time, many of them recurring ones!

These range from a full start-to-finish service to specific interventions for mangement consultancies looking for help only at specific points.

Our full service helps management consultancies with all aspects of scoping, building the business case, creating insights and ensuring they use it to deliver the maximum marketing, PR and sales impact.

Our specific thought leadership services include all this, as well as our Thought Leadership Rescue service for firms that have produced and maybe even launched a thought leadership initiative, but it has fallen flat.  We're hear to resusitate such initiatives so the effort and cost of producing them has not been wasted.
