E-coaching innovator VICYourCoach appoints Kelso Consulting for launch

By Tim Prizeman, Director - Kelso Consulting (Public Relations agency)

E-coaching innovator VICYourCoach  has appointed Public Relations specialists Kelso Consulting to build its reputation and generate business media coverage to help with its scale-up.

VICYourCoach, founded by highly experienced executive coach Peter Ryding, aims to bring the benefits of coaching across an organisation’s management team.

Currently the benefits of coaching tend only to be experienced by senior executives because of the nature and expense of 1-2-1 coaching. By contrast VICYourCoach uses a combination of Voice Recognition and Text-to-Speech, ground-breaking AI driven algorithms and world-class content to provide the benefits of coaching across the management levels of the whole organisation.

Peter Ryding said: “Building awareness of our brand, expertise and distinctive content is important for our scaling up, and utilising Public Relations support, especially gaining media coverage and winning awards, is very important to this.

"I was recommended Kelso Consulting by one of my suppliers and felt they were particularly suitable partners because of their experience with the HR and business press, their strength in thought leadership campaigns and their approach that we should be taking a HR leadership position rather than talking about the tech under the bonnet.  VicYourCoach

"I have been impressed with their attitude, proactivity and results already generated.

”E-Coaching is a ground-breaking new concept that emulates the experience of being coached by a person but without the cost, restricted availability and limited knowledge.

“It really is like having a coach in your pocket 24/7 and costs a fraction of what a human coach would. This means now you can give the benefits of coaching for all your people and deliver the proven commercial benefits of a coaching culture – productivity, retention of top talent, employee engagement as well as cultural harmonisation and transformation.

“We already have users across the UK and the USA, and we are keen to bring the benefits of coaching to thousands of organisations and millions of managers.

“Our launch has coincided with the Covid crisis and millions of people suddenly having to work from home or sadly being furloughed.  We have responded to this by making VICYourCoach available for free so homeworkers and managers can use its mentoring to help them through this unprecedented period.  (Free access available here)."

Tim Prizeman, director at London and Oxfordshire PR agency Kelso Consulting, said: “HR consultants and SaaS providers are an area of particular experience, and we work with Thames Valley, London and international businesses to help them build high-impact national reputations based on their expertise and leadership.

"We are delighted to be working with VICYourCoach at this important time for the business to help it build a leadership position with HR directors, while also bringing the benefits for coaching to thousands and eventually millions of employees in Britain, America and elsewhere through helping to build the reputation of this remarkable platform.”
